Going through my own health challenges in my twenties and thirties lead me to naturopathic medicine. I struggled with hormonal issues, depression, anxiety, autoimmune disease and gut dysbiosis. To the surprise of my doctors, I was able to heal my body with natural treatments. So going through this journey has helped me better care for my patients… Because I went through it and I get it!

We do a deep dive and I investigate all aspects of your health to create the best plan for you. I use nutrition and lifestyle treatments as well as supportive tools like strategic supplementation, botanical medicine, acupuncture, and lab testing. I focus more heavily on identifying nutritional gaps, food, using supplements and plant medicine, and lab testing.
