Focusing on total wellness and health promotion, I primarily use botanical medicine, Chinese medicine/acupuncture, and counselling to support a person as they move towards achieving true balance in all aspects of their lives. Addressing root cause, treatment often begins by optimizing digestion and absorption, while working to balance stress, sleep, and the fostering of a sustainable healthy lifestyle. My practice philosophy is one of supported independence: In any individual treatment plan, my goal is to help someone re-discover the tangible, practical, ways to regain balance in their lives with the minimum amount of intervention.
