option 1: microdosing
aka only taking a few drops. this is common for energetic properties of the herbs, or for individuals who are extremely sensitive.
option 2: by the dropper
place it directly on your tongue. each dropper-ful is about 1-1.5 mL.
option 3: take a shot
if you’re feeling fancy, take it like a shot in your favourite shot glass.
option 4: mix in a drink
for more of a beverage feel, mix it in some hot water (which also helps dissipate some of the alcohol content), tea, or juice!
finished your bottle?
reuse your bottle for future tinctures or for other purposes! for proper recycling, please ensure it is cleaned, label is removed (soaking it in hot soapy water helps!), and caps/cap rings are separated (including the rubber top of droppers) before placing in the recycling bin.
