aka only taking a few drops. this is common for energetic properties of the herbs, or for individuals who are extremely sensitive.

option 2: by the dropper

place it directly on your tongue. each dropper-ful is about 1-1.5 mL.

option 3: take a shot

if you’re feeling fancy, take it like a shot in your favourite shot glass.

option 4: mix in a drink

for more of a beverage feel, mix it in some hot water (which also helps dissipate some of the alcohol content), tea, or juice!
